My name is Tracey Delamar, and I’m the proud founder of Traces of Beauty Salon Suites. My professional journey spans more than 33 years at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where I spent the last 20 years in a managerial role within the Finance Revenue Cycle department. Throughout my career, I developed strong leadership, operational, and accountability skills that now serve as the foundation for my entrepreneurial path. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Xavier University, which helped shape my professional discipline and strategic mindset.
My passion for beauty began in my teenage years while studying cosmetology at Aiken Senior High School. Although I pursued a different career path early on, my love for hairstyling never faded. I continued to cut and style hair for friends and family, keeping that passion alive over the years. As I began to reflect on the next chapter of my career, I was drawn to the salon suite model, a concept that empowers beauty professionals to operate as independent business owners. Combining my background in management, my lifelong passion for cosmetology, and my desire to support others, I recognized this as the perfect opportunity to create something meaningful and impactful.

We offer seven upscale salon suites for rent, giving stylists, barbers, and beauty specialists the freedom to run their businesses on their own terms.
